By accessing and using FlexiParser ("the Service"), a product by Oxi Studios, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FlexiParser is an automated data extraction service that uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to extract structured data from documents including invoices, receipts, forms, and other business documents.

The Service includes:

• Document upload and processing capabilities
• OCR text extraction using advanced AI technology
• Custom template creation for data extraction
• Data export in various formats (CSV, Excel, JSON)
• Secure document processing and automatic deletion

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credit System and Payments

FlexiParser operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Each document extraction consumes 1 credit
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment system
• Credits are non-refundable and do not expire
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Process documents containing personal information of others without consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious files or attempt to harm our systems

6. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously:

• All uploaded documents are automatically deleted after 1 hour for security
• Data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
• We do not store or retain your document content beyond processing
• Your extracted data is stored securely and only accessible to you
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Oxi Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any documents you upload and data you extract. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party service dependencies
• Force majeure events

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxi Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of OCR results
• Completeness of data extraction
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
