Getting started with FormFlexi is simple:

  1. Sign up for a free account
  2. Upload your first document (PDF or image)
  3. Choose a pre-built template or create your own
  4. Extract data automatically using OCR
  5. Review and edit the extracted data
  6. Export to Excel, CSV, or JSON format

The entire process takes just a few minutes!

FormFlexi supports a wide range of document formats:

  • PDF files - Single or multi-page documents
  • Image formats - PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF
  • Scanned documents - High-quality scans work best
  • Mobile photos - Pictures taken with smartphones

Maximum file size is 16MB per document.

Our OCR technology achieves 99.9% accuracy on high-quality documents. Accuracy depends on several factors:

  • Image quality - Clear, well-lit images work best
  • Text size - Larger text is more accurately recognized
  • Font type - Standard fonts perform better than decorative ones
  • Document condition - Clean documents without smudges or tears

You can always review and edit extracted data before exporting.

FormFlexi currently supports OCR for:

  • English - Primary language with highest accuracy
  • Spanish - Full support for Spanish documents
  • French - Complete French language processing
  • German - German document recognition
  • Italian - Italian text extraction

Additional languages are being added regularly. Contact us if you need support for a specific language.

Creating custom templates is easy:

  1. Go to the Templates section
  2. Click "Create New Template"
  3. Give your template a name and description
  4. Add fields by specifying:
    • Field name (e.g., "Invoice Number")
    • Field type (text, number, date, email)
    • Keywords to search for (e.g., "invoice", "inv no")
  5. Save your template for reuse

Templates can be edited, duplicated, or deleted at any time.

Yes! FormFlexi includes several pre-built templates:

  • Invoice Template - Extract invoice numbers, dates, amounts, vendor info
  • Receipt Template - Store details, payment methods, transaction info
  • Business Card Template - Contact information extraction
  • Bank Statement Template - Account details and balances

You can use these templates as-is or customize them for your specific needs.

  • Automatic File Deletion - Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing
  • Encrypted Transmission - All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS
  • No Permanent Storage - We don't store your documents on our servers

Your files are handled with maximum security:

  1. Upload - Files are temporarily stored in a secure, encrypted location
  2. Processing - OCR extraction happens in real-time
  3. Extraction - Only the extracted text data is retained temporarily
  4. Automatic Cleanup - Original files are permanently deleted within 30 minutes
  5. Data Retention - Extracted data is only kept for your session

We never store your original documents permanently.

We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account for enhanced security.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your FlexiParser account by requiring two forms of verification:

  1. Something you know - Your password
  2. Something you have - Your phone or authenticator app
Available 2FA Methods:
  • Authenticator App (TOTP) - Use apps like Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator
    • Works offline
    • Most secure option
    • Includes backup codes for recovery
  • Email Verification - Receive 6-digit codes via email
    • Easy to set up
    • No additional apps required
    • Codes expire in 10 minutes
How to Enable 2FA:
  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Click on "Security Settings"
  3. Choose your preferred 2FA method
  4. Follow the setup instructions
  5. Save your backup codes in a safe place
Important: Keep your backup codes safe! They're your only way to access your account if you lose your phone or authenticator app.
